Juan has over 20 years of experience in the maintenance, material handling, manufacturing, and US government. He has a wide breadth of functional experience in maintenance, operations and supply chain improvement, with depth in program management.  His industry experience includes aerospace, cost-benefit analysis, US and foreign government acquisition process. He started his career in aviation maintenance departments having to quickly learn the processes for repair, the complexities of the supply chain that feeds the readiness of military squadrons and learning to manage material spares at his disposal. He has rounded out his career by working at an aviation OEM production line. This experience is invaluable in ensuring practicality and pragmatism in his recommendations.  Juan has a Master’s of Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School. Master’s of Science in Management from The American College, and also a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Houston. Prior to starting his career in consulting, Juan served as Maintenance Officer for fixed and rotor wing aircraft in the USMC. After being selected to attend the Naval Post Graduate School, he served as one of seven Cost Analysts for all US Marine Corps acquisition programs. He also served as the Director of Peace Operations at the US Embassy in Paraguay.  Using Department of States funds, he was in charge of working with local and international suppliers to fully equip a Paraguayan military unit to deploy for a United Nations peacekeeping operation. Upon Juan’s return to the US, he became the Maintenance and subsequently Operations Officer for an Intermediate Level Maintenance Squadron where they supported 5 different squadrons at multiple locations around the country. His commercial experience has been as Senior Program Manager for the design, manufacture, test, and delivery, of aircraft, under the Foreign Military Sales program, to multiple nations in the Americas and Far East. In these programs, Juan successfully delivered ahead of schedule and below cost by closely managing acquisition requirements, controlling material flow to support manufacturing schedule, restructuring test schedules, and ensuring customer expectations were met to consistently deliver best-in-class results. His most recent experience has been as the Deputy Logistics Manager for a contractor supporting the Department of State’s, Airwing and know he is part of the Centerline Services team, as Business Operations Manager.

Kenneth Plotkin has a background in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, and Project Management.  He has been working in the aviation and defense sectors since 2005, where he spent 19 months in Afghanistan in support of U.S. Department’s Air Wing program with DynCorp International LLC, as the Program Manager’s Assistant.  After his tour in the Middle East, he was transferred back to Patrick Support Division with the same program, where he worked for the Program Management Office as an HR Generalist in support of approximately 1,500 employees in countries such as: Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, and Guatemala.  In 2010, he became part of the Vertical de Aviación team, as Director of Human Resources, where his team provided HR and Administrative oversight for the performance and management of all US Government airlift support contracts for the D.O.D. accounting for over $200M in corporate gross revenue.  Parallel to these endeavors, Kenneth Plotkin, created Centerline in 2009, initially as a Cargo and Courier Company.  Since 2013, Centerline Services has been supporting both the Bolivian and Brazilian Air Force’s aircraft maintenance contracts with key personnel and supply chain management; contracts which total up to $18M in value.  Currently, Kenneth continues to lead Centerline by developing long-term business strategies in order to guide the company’s continued growth with existing and new customers across the aviation industry, to include: Aviation Infrastructure Projects, Engineering, and Airport Concession in Latin America.

Oscar A Quintero has a background in Business Administration, Non Destructive Testing, and Aviation Logistics Management.  He has been working in the aviation sector since 1999, and the defense sector, where he spent 20 months in Afghanistan in support of the U.S. Department of Defense and the US Army Corps of Engineers programs with Vertical de Aviacion, as the Logistics Coordinator.  This project was put in place with the mission of supplying all parts and material in and out of Afghanistan for all US Government Forward Operating Bases in country. After his tour, he was recruited by Centerline Services as the Logistics Manager supporting both the Bolivian and Brazilian Air Force’s aircraft maintenance contracts and supply chain management; contracts which total up to $18M in value. Currently he is the Logistics Manager for Centerline Services LLC. Some of his key roles include the management of daily Logistics Operations, Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving; which includes the management of a $2M budget.  He is also responsible for reaching out to many government agencies and clients in order to assist Centerline with Business Development endeavors in the United States and Latin America.
